Apostle Elnore Jackquelyn Montgomery is a lover and caretaker of God’s people. She has the heart and compassion of The Father and has demonstrated commitment, steadfastness and consistency to working and building the Kingdom of God. She is the Sr. Pastor of Rapha “ Ropheka” Restoration Center and Found of Jackie Montgomery Ministries, Inc. She serves in the capacity of Bible Study facilitator, Sunday School teacher, Conference facilitator, speaker, biblical counselor, monitor, Reverend, Evangelist, Pastor and Apostle.

Apostle Montgomery is a proficient, insightful and revelatory instructor of the Gospel. She holds a special place in her heart for her daughter Tyriqua “ Peaches” Rouse, son, Dorsey Tyree Montgomery II and she is the proud grandmother of U.S.Airman, Caleb Montgomery.
Apostle Montgomery lives and breathes to fulfill the call of God on her life by fulfilling the command in Jeremiah 1:10: ....” see I have this day set thee over the nations and over kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”
